Helping to Make a House Your Home: Strong Negotiator, Tricia works diligently for her Clients.Growing up with two older brothers on a farm in Colorado, Tricia learned the importance of hard work and teamwork. A self-professed tomboy, she learned negotiation skills, and how to cook a daily meal for ten famished men! Her parents taught her the most important lesson of all; "whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve."
After thirty successful career years in Western Canada, in 2006, Tricia moved to Arizona. She began a flourishing Real Estate career serving both U.S. and Canadian buyers and sellers.
She is one of Arizona's most successful, award-winning Canadian connections REALTORS®. Her affiliation with RE/MAX Excalibur in Scottsdale, Arizona, provides her with an international presence, marketing, and resources that ensure a smooth transaction for clients on both sides of the border.
Tricia proudly served on Global Committee of the Canadian Real Estate Association, 2019 & 2020. She serves in many leadership roles within the U.S. and Global Real Estate organizations, enabling her to engage and collaborate with international leaders. This brings increased value to her clients by expanding the pool of buyers and sellers for property sales.
